La Casa Encendida is a leading cultural institution in Madrid, offering activities, workshops, exhibitions and online resources for the community. Its web platform is an interactive portal that lets users explore the cultural programme, sign up for events and access up-to-date information.

My contribution

I was part of the development team, working in the following key areas:

• Database: Design and optimization of the database schema to ensure performance and scalability under high user concurrency.

• Admin panel: Development of a complete management system with Filament, enabling the editorial team to manage content, events and activities autonomously.

• Frontend interactivity: Implementation of JavaScript features to enhance the user experience in interactive sections.

• Backend–frontend integration: Coordinating the flow of data between the Laravel backend and the frontend components.
